Local landscape business that serves residential and commercial customers looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman.

Job dutires:

  • Perform hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the landscaping projects
  • Ensure that proper safety and security protocols are followed
  • Regularly lift up to 50 pounds of landscape materials and equipment

$22 - $26/hour, depending on experience and qualifications

* Equipment Removal and Installation
* Equipment Diagnosis and Troubleshooting
* Diagnosis and Repair of Rotating Equipment
* Bearing and Seal Replacement
* Hydraulic System Diagnosis and Repair
* Rigging
* Uses reference documents & tech manuals to properly and safety disassemble, inspect, and overhaul various shipboard equipment.
* Capable of installing new OEM type parts onto equipment that with known deficiencies.

$30 - $35/hour, depending on experience

' Work one-on-one with clients to meet their daily needs and achieve their goals. Including but not limited to grocery shopping, light household cleaning/organization, meal preparation and planning, assisting with accessing the community and appointments
' Providing transportation for clients to get out into the community
' Encourage community involvement and discovering hobbies whether in the community or through our group activity program
' Model appropriate social interactions and break down information
' Provide accurate and support centered case management notes

Job Duties:
- Grow client base by utilizing phone, email, a potential client list, and existing client referrals
- Educate clients on insurance policies
- Build long term client relationships by providing exceptional service
- Engage with current and future clients, understanding their needs
- Quoting, underwriting, and processing new business
- Be active in the community to make business connections
- Answer client call-ins and emails in a friendly manner
- Perform any other duties as assigned
